Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oatmeal

Hurry up to try this oatmeal chocolate chip cookies if you are bored with traditional chocolate cookies. I was totally captivated by the special flavor of the cookies when they were just taken out from the oven. I add sweet chocolate, dark chocolate, coconut and milk in this recipe. On the top, sprinkle with melted butterscotch and chocolate. Very attractive! Enjoy the coconuts, doughy, gooey and crunchy cookies. Just one bite and you will never stop.

Cookie crust:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate soda
  • 8 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 8 tbsp sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/4 cup oatmeal, old fashioned


  • 1 1/3 cups coconuts, minced
  • 8 tbsp sweet chocolate chips
  • 8 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweet milk, condensed
  • 1 cup peanuts, chopped


  1. Prepare a pan coated with oil. Preheat the oven to 176 degrees C.
  2. Combine the flour, brown sugar, baking soda, egg, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla and oatmeal in a bowl. Whisk the mixture until a dough forms. Continue to whisk the dough until blended totally. Add 3/4 cup chocolate chips. Press the dough into the pan and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. Take the pan out of the oven and sprinkle with coconut. Then lay the sweet chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips and butterscotch on it. Add milk and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  4. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes. Take it out and cool at room temperature.
