- 12 ounce minced sirloin
- 1/3 cup water
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 3/4 cup picante sauce
- 1 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tsp sugar
- 15 ounces kidney beans
- 2 ounces low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Preheat the mashed potatoes in the microwave. You can set them in the microwave to keep them warm.
- Prepare a skillet and fry minced sirloin in it. When you find the sirloin is browned, whisk them evenly. Whisk in water, cumin powder, salt, beans and picante sauce. Heat the mixture to boil. Then continue to heat them over low heat.
- Wait for 5 minutes, the mixture will be thicker. Turn off the heat. Put mashed potatoes in mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and cover the skillet until the cheese melted. It may takes about 2 minutes.
